Cub and Webelos
Resident Camp

This year, the Mecklenburg County Council is planning a fun filled sporting program for Resident Camps.  The Scouts will have the opportunity to earn several belt loops and Webelos achievements.  We will also be offering the chance to earn the Presidential Physical Fitness Award and the Boy Scouts Physical Fitness Award.

Cub Scout Family Resident Camp - Aug. 01 to 03, 2008 - is a three day, two night camp program designed for boys rising into the second and third grades.

Webelos Resident Camp - July 10-13, July 17-20, July 24-27, 2008 - is a four day, three night camp program designed for boys entering the fourth and fifth grades.

This year's program will be focused on individual sporting events as well as personal physical fitness.  The scouts will participate in swimming, archery, BB shooting, and various other sports, including the climbing wall, volleyball, soccer and softball.  The Scouts will have the chance to earn awards for each event.
