What is a Unit Commissioner
and What do they do?
 

A Unit Commissioner...
Helps each Unit earn the Centennial Unit Award.

A Unit Commissioner...
Knows each phase of the Scouting program.

A Unit Commissioner...
Attends Units' meetings, assesses its needs
and helps it succeed.

A Unit Commissioner...
Visits Unit Leaders and Committee Meetings.

A Unit Commissioner...
Helps relationships between the Unit Leader and
the Chartered Organization Leaders.

A Unit Commissioner...
Uses District and Council resources to help Units.

A Unit Commissioner...
Continues growth through training.

A Unit Commissioner...
Encourages Leaders of Units to receive adequate training.

A Unit Commissioner...
Helps with on-time charter renewal.

A Unit Commissioner...
Sets a good Scouting example and helps to serve
as a link between the District and the Units.
